Holly Cunningham recalls her experience as last summer's Children's Ministry Intern

Applications available now for Summer 2011 Internships - Due February 15

"Being one of the interns at Highland last summer was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. I truly looked forward to coming into work every day, and loved working with the church staff, as well as with such a wonderful community of believers. This experience not only gave me valuable skills and insight about life in the ministry, but it also taught me a lot about myself and how to better serve others.  Having this opportunity to be one of Highland’s interns was truly a blessing, and it is an experience that I will treasure forever."

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER INTERNSHIPS: For the second year, Highland will be hosting a Children’s Ministry Intern and a Youth Ministry Intern for summer 2011! These internships are designed for Highland’s college-age young adults who are interested in exploring what it means to serve in a congregation with children and youth. The job descriptions, application, and reference form are available here on our website. Applications are due to Carol Harston and Renee Purtlebaugh by Tuesday, February 15.
