Highland Baptist Church
A thinking, feeling, healing community of faith

About Highland...

We believe that Jesus Christ is the source of new life, and that we have been called to be a thinking, feeling, and healing community of faith which shares the story of how Christ's love is changing the direction of our lives.

What does it mean to describe Highland Baptist Church as a “thinking, feeling, and healing community of faith”?

Highland is affiliated in mission and ministry with various local, state, and national Baptist organizations. HBC may also network in specific ways with other faith-based organizations to fulfill its mission of evangelism, peacemaking and social justice. The views of any of these larger bodies with which HBC is affiliated should not be construed to represent the views of HBC or its members. To learn more about the ministries we affliate with...

Membership in Highland Baptist Church is open to anyone who professes Christ as Savior, has experienced believer's baptism, is committed to the mission and vision of this church, and who voluntarily presents himself or herself for membership. New Christians will express their confession of faith publicly by being baptized by immersion.
